Daily Bible Reading

We believe that reading and meditating on the Word of God is central to becoming the people and church that God has called us to be, a people who walk in godliness. Obedience flows from trust. We are challenging all of our church body to spend daily time in God's Word. Many in the church will be doing the M'Cheyne Bible Reading plan which will allow us to read through the entire Bible in a year and the New Testament twice.

Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales; rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. (I Timothy 4:7-8)

Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. (Joshua 1:7-8)
